We have a contracts for you to sign for each kitten we send home. We guarantee that the cats we send are in great health, fully vaccinated, including rabies, and strong enough after surgery. 

We guarantee that the cats we sell are free from cat viruses. We urge customers to have the cat checked after pickup, or we can meet at the vet. We offer a 2-3 day refund policy and will provide a list of walk-in vets for any testing you wish to conduct. If any virus is identified, we will issue a full refund.

We also provide a 7-day health warranty against FPV and other viruses, and a 2-month warranty against FIP and FELV. If any of these issues arise, customers can request a replacement kitten. These are just our basic guarantees for each kitten.

If any customers require a lifetime guarantee for some major diseases, we can certainly offer that. Please contact us for more information. (This may depend on the price of the cats we sell and the type of contract we selected.)

Additionally, the cattery is not responsible for any veterinary costs after the kitten goes to its new home. Pet health insurance is strongly recommended for each kitten.

All our breeding cats are DNA tested and are negative for HCM and PKD, as well as screened for approximately 50 diseases. We have reports available to show customers in person.

Proudly speaking, we have not had any customers encounter serious issues in the past 10 years, and to date, no replacements have been required under any of our contracts.
